Disconnect Google access, stop future synchronization, or ask us to delete your Kigenix account and associated workspace data.

Disconnecting Kigenix does not delete your Google Business Profile.

Your listing, reviews, owners, managers, and content remain in Google. Disconnection removes Kigenix's future access and begins removal of the connected data Kigenix holds.

Disconnect Google Business Profile

Use Kigenix connection settingsIf the Connections control is available in your account, open Settings → Connections, select Google Business Profile, and choose Disconnect.
Revoke access directly with GoogleOpen Google Account connections, select Kigenix, and remove access. This immediately prevents Kigenix from using that authorization for new requests.
Ask Kigenix for helpEmail receive@kigenix.com with the subject “Disconnect Google Business Profile.” Do not include a password, token, or verification code.

Delete your Kigenix account and data

Email receive@kigenix.com from the address associated with your Kigenix account and use the subject “Kigenix Data Deletion Request.” Include the business name and location you want removed, but do not send passwords or credentials.

We may ask you to confirm the request to protect the merchant workspace from unauthorized deletion. After verification, we will disconnect integrations and delete or de-identify the associated account and workspace data within 30 days, except for limited records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

What happens after disconnection

  • Kigenix stops making new Google Business Profile API requests for the disconnected authorization.
  • The stored authorization credential is revoked or removed from active use. After a verified disconnection request, Kigenix completes Business Profile disassociation no later than seven business days.
  • Cached Google Business Profile content is removed according to Google's applicable retention rules, generally within 30 calendar days.
  • Information held independently by Google or visible publicly is not deleted from Google.
  • Security logs and backups may remain for a limited period before routine deletion, without extending storage of Google Business Profile API content beyond Google's permitted retention period.

Urgent security concern

If you believe an unauthorized person connected or accessed your business, first revoke Kigenix through Google Account connections, then contact receive@kigenix.com.
